The beginning to every new venture is your mindset. Without a positive mindset and outlook, you have already failed before you started. During this challenge, we will have fun, engaging exercises to get your mindset on track.

positive attitude

We all know how far a positive attitude can take us. Having a positive attitude towards a new journey is key for success.

goal setting

Everything begins with setting a goal to achieve. During this challenge we will be working to reach some of your goals.

meal planning/prep

Having a scheduled and mapped out meal plan is apart of the success for your journey. During this challenge, Coach Jasmine will be walking you through the best methods to meal prep.

guided shopping

When you sign up, you will receive a grocery list for items needed for your meal prep and planning.

Coach Jasmine will be walking you through some mindful eating habits which will add to reaching your overall goals.

Fitness is not always easy, but with Coach Jasmine, she makes it worth it and fun. During the challenge, you will push yourself to the limit and explore new parts of yourself.
